Previewing a note, copying it, opening Messages, or sending an inquiry does not place an order, reserve a date, or guarantee availability. You control whether the prepared message is sent from your own messaging app.

An order is accepted only after Dear Batter and you directly agree on the products, quantity, ingredients, design, price, pickup date and time, and payment arrangements. Ask us to clarify any detail before proceeding. The website does not take deposits or payments.

03Prices, changes, and cancellations

Quotes depend on the treats, quantity, and requested design. Any deposit, payment deadline, change cutoff, cancellation arrangement, or refund condition must be communicated and agreed for your particular order before acceptance. This website does not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee.

Contact us promptly if your plans change or you have an issue with an order. We will discuss the applicable agreed arrangements and any rights you have under law.

04Ingredients and dietary requests

Custom names, logos, photographs, themes, and printing requests are subject to discussion and feasibility. Please supply only artwork and personal information you own or have permission to use. An inquiry is not a promise that a particular design can be produced.

Images identified as Dear Batter’s own baking show our work. Stock photography and editorial illustrations are labeled as inspiration and are not representations of a particular finished order. Handmade results may vary; agree the important design details directly.

Our name, logo, original photographs, and website content belong to Dear Batter or their respective rights holders. You may browse and share links to the site. Do not remove ownership marks or present our work as your own. Ask before reusing content beyond what applicable law permits. Sending customer artwork does not authorize us to publish it without separate consent.
